Any team may affiliate with one team of a higher age division or classification and one team of a lower age division or classification by submitting the completed affiliation form below Baseball Nova Scotia no later than July 28th of the current playing season. Mosquito level teams may affiliate with a Mosquito house league team within their association provided that a list of all affiliated players (to a maximum of 18) are submitted.

*Following affiliation, a player registered with a lower age division team or classification may play with a higher age division team with written permission from the lower age division team. If a player plays more than three (3) games of Districts, Provincial Qualifers, Provincials or National Eliminations with a higher division team, he/she becomes ineligible to return to the lower age division*
