High Performance Programming

Baseball Nova Scotia offers one of the best high performance female programs in the country. Teams compete at the National Championship in 16U, 21U, and Senior Women's events.

The 16U team competes in the 15U AA Bluenose League against boys all season in preparation for the National Championship in August. The Nova Scotia squad is a perennial contender, finishing in the top five in the country each of the past 6 years. These results include Bronze medals in 2011 and 2012. The team narrowly missed out on a Bronze in 2014 and 2016. The emphasis of the program is development while offering the top female players in the province to compete at a competitive level. Check out the teams Facebook page here!

The 21U program made its debut in 2016, with the inaugural Canadian Championship being held in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Nova Scotia defeated Ontario and British Columbia in the round robin, while narrowly missing out on a medal. This program offers females the opportunity to continue in high performance programming past the 16U level.
