| Player Release | Player Release forms are used to confirm transfer of players between associations. This form is for use between the releasing and accepting associations. |
| Pitch Count Sheet | Pitch Count Sheets are used to track pitches thrown during competition (Bluenose League, Provincials, etc.). Coaches should track pitches on these sheets, and keep on file in case follow up is needed due to discrepancies. |
| Affiliation Form | Affiliation forms are for teams wishing to affiliate with a team outside of their current association (for Provincial Championships or National Eliminations). Teams affiliating with a lower ranked team within their association do not require a completed Affiliation form. |
